Sparkling wine produced in the Champagne region of France. Grapes: Meunier 65%, Pinot Noir 20%, Chardonnay 10%. The traditional champagne production method is used – secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle. It is aged on the lees for more than 36 months. Suitable for serving with fish, poultry, salads, and light dishes.
