A sparkling wine produced in Penedes, Spain. Grapes Xarello, Chardonnay. Produced using the ‘Charmat’ method. The Cava is aged with yeast for at least 36 months and part of the Chardonnay is aged in oak barrels before secondary fermentation. Suitable as an aperitif, as well as with fish dishes, salads and various snacks. Refrigeration is recommended.
