You have a unique opportunity to get to know this rare drink. RSRV Cuvée 4.5 is a unique blend of five Maison Mumm Grand Cru terroirs. Pinot Noir – from Verzenay, Aÿ and Bouzy – provides power and structure and fresh, rich aromas. Chardonnay – from Cramant and Avize – provides elegance and liveliness and sharp citrus notes. Before being blended with the reserve wines, the grapes are pressed separately. To finish, a dosed liqueur – a light 6 grams per liter – comes from the same Grand Cru terroirs. Produced in limited quantities, this champagne is aged in cellars for at least four years before being ready to enjoy. The specific bottle shape with a thin neck improves the evolution and preservation of the wine.
